It's been a while... -
PA, USA
Morning all! It's been a few weeks since I've popped in here, which really isn't a good thing. I've been starting to go astray from God again, so I want to get right back on track before I go too far. Tomorrow is Sunday... church day! Church always helps me. Please pray for me. I need God in my life and I know that I do, yet I tend to "ignore" Him quite a bit.
I feel like my best friend in the entire world has been giving me the cold shoulder, though I don't know why. Please pray for this situation too. I need her in my life.
I have a date tonight with an old high school friend, whom I haven't seen since graduation 8 years ago. I'm excited and a little nervous. I hope this is a good thing.
My students return to school this week. I hope and pray that I am ready. I am anxious to see everyone again. I pray for patience, kindness, and understanding this school year. I hope and pray I remember to turn to God in tough times as well as good times. I will need Him this school year as I always do!

My daughter's mental illness -

I know that prayer works!! Please help me pray for my daughter Wendy, to be able to cope with her mental illness. It has been very difficult and painful for her lately, and she struggles tremendously just to try and keep a job. It breaks my heart. She is a loving, caring person who just wants to be "normal". Let my presence surround him wherever he may be. Please put an obstacle in his path and lead him back home. Find a way or reason for him not to move to another state, but to move back home. Relationship Miracle -
Dear St. Dwynwen,
I plead for your intercession. Please do not despise or reject my petition, but graciously hear and grant it for me. Please help me with my beloved J before it is too late. My heart couldn't take it if I lost J. I truly love and care for J. Please intercede for me and place me firmly and constantly in J's heart and thoughts. Let him be overwhelmed with the most special thoughts of me and us that he holds in his heart. Let J not wnat to lose me. Please help J to miss me very much and want to see me. Please let him come back to his old house and not move to another state. Please put an obstacle in the way of him leaving and lead him back home. healing/finances -
morning everyone and praise god for this day and everyday and for all his many blessings he has given to us. thank u jesus!!
i would like to continue to ask for prayers for healing of my body as im having some stomach gastritis again, weakness, some dizziness and terrible insomnia at night time, please pray for healing of all imbalances and problems i am having and for a good day today as i have many plans with my family.
also pray for my children who start school in 2 days and i know they are nervous and for my oldest daughter who turned 9 TODAY (happy b-day to her ).
please also pray for my hubby to find another job soon as he will start looking this next week or 2 after he completes all his paperwork and unemployment stuff, he got let go from his job last week as the factory is closing. please pray for our finances and all our stresses and things today. let today be a good day for all of us health wise and all other.

Ever feel like you are swimming against the tides in life? Some days just seem so difficult, you try and try to advance but you just cannot seem to project yourself forward?
What motivates us in our prayers? Do we lift our concerns for God's will or our own in a situation? Are they in alignment with God's plan or our plan?
God is with us at all times, He hears/knows every prayer lifted. Prayers are answered in different ways and always in His timing. Just as He already knows every prayer He also knows the outcome to them before we even ask...
God, I thank You for always being with me in all things, knowing what is best for my life. Lord, I thank You that I can place concerns in Your hands and hold peace as I ask for Your will in all things. Amen
