Family and School -
Dear Lord,
Please help me do well on my exam tomorrow. I pray I pull off an A in the class. If I am going to take the time to be away from my family a few nights a week, I want it to show with good grades.
Please help me be a good wife and mother. I love my children so dearly. I don't want them to ever think they come second to school. They will always be closest to my heart. Please Lord, help them to understand I am going to school for them. I know they are young Lord, but you have your own ways. I will continue to spend as much time with them as I can.

Novena of the Twenty-four Glory Be to the Fathers
The Twenty-four 'Glory be to the Father's' novena can be said at any time. However, the ninth to the seventeenth of the month is particularly recommended, for on those days the petitioner joins in prayer with all those making the novena.

Jesus I love you. I need your presence in my life. You are my father Without you I am no one. I come before you to ask guidance to handle my son. I do not know how to handle him. I get so frustrated and angry. No sleep and due to his behavious so many complains from every where. Also in night he start vomiting due to stress. I feel so sorry for him. He has no control over his own emotions. When I shout at him only he starts to sleep. Father his life is full of lies. It due to his sickness I know. He is so scared of me. May be I have being strict on him. That b'cos if not he will end up in mess. I love him so much. I want to make him understand that its ok and I will not leave him like his father. Let me love him father. Let me make him happy.

I live with my brother. We have for like 20 years. We moved out to the country and I ove it here. But my brother has fallen in love and wants to break the rental contract and I can't pay it by myself. The only problem is the owner now may not want to rent to anyone else. I was hoping my daughter and son in law and their son could move in and share expenses. Now I'm not sure if I will have any place to live either. Please pray that Leo changes his mind and that my family will be able to live here too and it all works out!In Jesus Name Amen!

woman in Geddes NY who lost her life today tragically -
I was driving on the highway today and saw a horrific sight. The aftermath of a terrible accident btwn a construstion vehicle and a car. I just knew that no one could have possibly walked away from that crash. I just saw a news clip that a young woman (mother, fiance, daughter) did in fact lose her life today in that crash. I pray for her family and friends and for her soul today.

D., had a good job and lost it and now I am about to lose my home and my well being due to unemployment? Why don't you hear me God? Mother Mary? You have reconcile me with the man I love in my life and I am so grateful, but I cannot be out on the street. Please God, time is of the essence. I know it is not because I am not qualified. Today I went to the doctors and found out I have small hernia on my right side. Its not the worst news in the world but still not the news I wanted to hear. Naturally, I started to get a little worried and a little emotional.
I have to go to my real doctor and he'll decide whats next. When I got home I prayed the Rosary, and in the post rosary prayer I prayed that the first doctor today mis-diagnosed it. I also prayed to God to lend his hand to me, to take away the hernia, to avoid sugery, and not have this problem anymore. I do have strong faith, but I would be lying if I said I wasnt concerned. Im scared about potential surgery.
Please pray for me (PJ) that everything turns out great and that surgery can be avoided, for God to take away the hernia and my fears relieved.

So sad -
It is always so sad how bickering happens on a site that is for prayer which unites Christians of all faiths, for we all serve the same God. Be respectful. What good comes from this? We are here to pray to God and give him praise. I cannot see how ANY of this juvenile behavior is pleasing to Him. We pray for our enemies and we forgive others who offend us - just think of the actions that we do daily - God forgives us when we ask and when we forgive others.
