Morning Sunshines! Thank you Lord for today, your love, mercy and forgiveness, for Brad and the boys, family and friends. Bless Marie for this wonderful site she has graced us with, and bless every single one who comes here. Lord, you know all needs and hearts and I thank you for your perfect will in each precious life.
Every day I wake up to so many blessings. I thank God, but I can NEVER praise Him enough for all his blessings that surround me. I met someone yesterday that truly touched my heart. He is faced with many obstacles. Have you ever met someone and their eyes show just how hard life has been for them? What amazed me about this gentleman was his outlook. Life's obstacles, disappointments, have not crippled him, or left him bitter. His spirit was one of thanks and joy in what he has now and in the possibilities that tomorrow would be a better day, but that today is not so bad. While his eyes showed that life had not been easy, his smile expressed gratitude in all that he did have and a peace. Lord, bless Paul.
It is so amazing how God speaks to us, in His word, when we read the Bible, in things that occur in moments of our day to day life, the people that we encounter.
While we all face struggles, we must realize that all things here are temporary. Look back over your life, we all have gone through many things, many hard times, God always gets us not only through them, but beyond them.
Father, may we be thankful for this moment in our lives and all that surrounds us.
