If you or someone you know is or has been abused by a violent husband, St. Rita is the one to pray to. At 12 her aging parents married her off for fear they would die and she would be left impoverished. Her husband was violent and quarrelsome and she suffered terribly. Being a good Christian woman she prayed ceaselessly. When her husband had died she was denied entrance into a convent because she was a widow. Then one night Saints Augustine, John the Baptist and Nicholas appeared to her, escorted her to the convent, opened the doors miraculously and led her into the chapel where the sisters found her sitting the next morning - and promptly allowed her to enter the convent. When she died her cell was filled with an extraordinary perfume, the bells of the city pealed and an astounding light emanated from a wound on her forehead given to her by Jesus when she asked to participate in His suffering years earlier. Although she died in 1457 her body is still incorrupt, was once seen levitated by numerous witnesses, has moved, the eyes have opened of their own and perfume emanates from the shrine at times particularly when a prayer has been answered miraculously.
Her Feast Day is May 22. She is one of a number of female saints who were wives, then mothers, then widows and then nuns.

Oh, Heavenly Father...thank you thank you thank you and I praise you...I want all the Prayers Warriors and those in desperate need of your guidance and help to please read this prayer request. Firstly, We should always give praise to God and I have so much to praise the Lord for...I suffered throughout my life greatly although I am only 25 yrs. old. I suffered from abuse as a child which lead to many unhealthy relationships with men throughout my life..abusive in all ways. I became clinically depressed, with a diagnosis of bipolar, and anxiety, and depression. I consulted all to help me even the enemy...and nothing worked until I open up my heart to the Lord and became a Born Again Christian! Praise the Lord.
Thanks Be to God, I am no longer suffering from bi-polar disorder, depressed and anxious! I have gotten off all of my medications 8 to be exact a day and am free from depression. I knew it was time to stop all my meds because the Lord told me its time..Praise Be to God, He CAN DO MIRACLES!!!!!! Thank you Lord, I love You Jesus Christ, Mother Mary and all the angels and saints who assisted me along the way and who I walk with now and forever for eternity!
My prayer request: During this time of depression and where I let the Devil control my life by going to psychics, witchdoctorse etc...I hurt those I love the most such as I made my family mother and father suffer so much and my finance Giovanni.
Giovanni does not trust me anymore Father he does not have faith in me hope in us and he only considers me a torment and stress in his life.
Giovanni has strayed away from you Father and has no faith and prefers to leave our relationship instead of trusting in you Father God.
I pray Father God please bring him back to you. Please open up his heart to you Father God and please heal our emotional wounds from our past...I ask that you protect him and love him and please make a way for us to be together again and be healed. Giovanni says I hurt him too much that he will never trust me again and that he is afraid of me and too much damaged has been done and I pray Father that Giovanni will see that this is not true..Father you can restore any relationship, You are a God of restoration, reconcilliation, and of Unconditional Love.
Please Father I pray you will save him and bring him closer to you..and not allow him to go on the wrong path with other women.
I pray Father that he will SEE how you have healed me and that I am not the same woman I used to be and I pray his family will accept me and love me again, for I love them too so much and only wanted them to accept me and love me!!! Father you have me...Alleluia Alleluia. Please give me and Giovanni and all of us in the World back what the DEVIL has recklessly stole from Us! Please Lord...I love you Amen Cindy

Eternal Father, please open the windows of heaven and pour out a financial blessing, so great, that there is not enough room for me to receive it all. I pray that thou bless me indeed, enlarge my territories, give me an abundance and overflow, and favour that your hands will be with me, to keep me safe from evil, that I may not cause pain. Thank you Heavenly Father for granting my request, I Jesus' name. Amen.
